Depending on the need we can offer different types of packing.

If the items are transported within the city, soft packing (bubble wrap, Styrofoam and cardboard) is used.

We use for the distant dedicated truck deliveries light crates and travel frames along with cardboard and Styrofoam.

Only the crates of high quality built of best materials are used for the air transportation.

We provide professional packing of the works of art and antiques of any level. Using only the best quality packing materials, we arrange everything quickly and professionally. The packing can be arranged on site, at the client’s location or at our packing department.

We can offer any level of packing to our clients, from soft pack (bubble wrap and cardboard) to custom crates of museum quality equipped with tilt, drop and temperature sensors, travel frames etc.

We can arrange the storage of clients’ belongings at the best level guarded warehouse equipped with all the necessary security controls such as 24/7 video control, climate and humidity controls, full time security service with an easy access to the goods.

We can offer several options of storage for the client’s items:

• the goods can be stored crated, soft packed or palletized;
• for each option the packing can be arranged from our side.

If the clients needs safe and reliable way of delivery for their belongings within Europe or US, road transport is a perfect choice.

It is cheaper than the air transportation and does not require the most serious packing.

There are several options for this way of transportation:
Dedicated (individual) truck
In this case the whole truck is booked for the client’s delivery

Multi-modal (consolidated) road delivery

In this case the client books only a part of truck for the delivery.

This way of transportation is more economical but relatively slower, as the truck is combined of several shipments which must be consolidated, so it takes more time

The quickest and the most convenient way of transportation covers all the distant locations of the world. It is safe and fast.

We work with all the world airlines, to ensure the delivery of the shipments of our clients the most secure and fast way.

All the procedures, documental preparations, brokerage and local formalities are handled by our professionals.

We arrange all the possible options of transportation of the works of art and antiques:

Talking about serious volumes of goods with big weight, travelling from distant locations, the most adequate and economical way is the sea delivery. It is not fast, but the price difference is serious.

Our agent books the sea container for the client, we pack the goods into it and deliver it to the port of departure.

After the freight arrives to the port of destination, we arrange the delivery to the customs terminal and arrange the clearance to deliver the shipment to the client’s destination address.

Several countries require special permissions for the exportation of the works of art and antiques.

Bellearti in Italy, British Council in the United Kingdom, Ministry of Culture in Russia, Ukraine and Czech Republic – we arrange everything with these authorities on a regular basis.

All the works of art and antiques are subjected to customs clearance whether you export or import them.

There are different VAT rates for the art items depending on their character, whether it is multiple or unique art.

Also there are different VAT rates in all the European countries, special import conditions in the United States and Russian Federation and so on.

Some of the artworks need to be assembled at the destination address. It is absolutely not a problem for us.
